Jeff Lam received his degree in physical therapy at Columbia University and has been practicing for over 16 years. Licensed in California, he is also an accredited strength and conditioning coach through NSCA and an Ironman University triathlon coach.
Besides over a decade of hands on experience, Jeff consistently remains up to date with continuing education that's required of him and of his own choosing.
